Go for 4.46.1 REX rebug because it is stable. Regero is not stable and keeps on updating his CFW. Rebug has also a pkg called rebug toolbox which is so useful Smile.

Yea just install CCAPI 2.5 . By the way you can rtm anything on any CFW (Except Cobra I think)..

There will be always a risk of ban when you mod any game. Some games ban on Account and others ban on CIDs, So you have to watch out. And No you won't be banned for playing pirated games (didn't see any1 banned from playing pirated games tho) ..
