I have CEX

Go onto the gta section of this site and download a modded custom update.rpf Then put that on a USB and put the usb on your ps3, Then go to multiman and click on ps3 root (When it look like a little computer, If it doesn't go to far left until you see mmoc Or something like that its blue ) Then when on the little computer screen bit click on ps3 root in the top left corner, Then click on DEV_HDD0 The click on Game Thennnnn click on BLES01807 (NOT _INSTALL) Then USDIR, You will now see some file things and one will be called "Update.rpf" press o on that and delete it or rename it. Click on ps3 root again (This will open up a new little bit) Then click on DEVUSB (Or something like that) And then copy update.rpf using circle button and replace it for the old one Now go onto gta and enjoy
