You need to first make sure the ps3 is even downgrade-able

You can use any flasher but the CFW you install should be the same version as the flasher. For example if you choose to use Rogero 4.55 flasher you would require a 4.55 custom firmware.

citadel yes its downgradeable and grinds my ps3 is on ofw 4.60 so can i use 4.55 flasher and install 4.55 cfw over my ofw 4.60
