What I would do is use CEX until I get use to it and then make the decision on whether to switch to DEX. OR get a new CID so you won't have to start up ITA Manager everytime you boot your PS3 to switch CIDs. $5 extra is not worth it considering you can do it yourself for free. It's very simple too.

Are you going to pay for going to DEX?! it's 100% free to go to DEX just use a cex2dex tutorial. I prefer mzbomb3rz cex2dex tutorial. Don't pay extra for dex!!!

Well alot of people are saying DEX but you should really start of on CEX cfw and learn more about DEX firmwares and so you don't end up fucking up your console.
