Replace your 2.5 CCAPI DLLS (PS3Lib and CCAPI) with the ones in the tool's folder.

Thanks did that but whenever I loaded a match my ps3 froze whenever I loaded a multiplayer game.

Thats a different thing.. Maybe your game is BLUS and the tool's offsets are BLES?!
