now im currently on rogero 3.55 downgrader and I try to do the next step which is install rogero 4.55 v7 via recovery mode and when I do it gives me this message on the screen.

no applicable update data was found.

now I know I have the folders correct and right and the right pup, im not slow. I just cant figure out why is it doing this? or from rogero 3.55 downgrader I have to install original 3.55 ofw then rogero 3.55 v7?

If i still doesn't work then try and install it from Safe Mode. Safe Mode is activated by turning on PS3 and holding power button until it shuts off, then turn on and hold again until you hear the 2 beeps. Then go to install or update firmware!

I installed qa and I pressed on it and it just restarts the screen and nothing happens, the debug menu doesn't appear when I do the r1=r2=l1=l2 left analog stik and down button. nothing happened, gain im on rogero 3.55 downgrader

After you toggle. Go over to settings on XMB. Go to the bottom. If you see "Debug settings" then it worked.

I know how toggle works. Again. It does nothing. It restarts and there's no debug settings.

I have 4 ps3s been using the same toggle and it works on the other ones. And no it doesn't beep 3 times it just restarts
