no sorry i can't make you a tekken RTM tool. I have a life & other things to do.. Although, if you become an NGU Elite member, in elite section you can make a request & some who can might possibly make. Or IDK there might already be some Tekken RTM tools in elite.
...What, huh?? umm no it's not necessary to change the name or copy to hdd0.. The fixes are .PKG files. So just like you install homebrew like ex. Multiman. You copy the .PKG file/s to the root of your USB flash stick > insert in PS3's USB slot > XMB over to '☆ Install Package Files' & ye select, X + to install

Hey i tried the first link then launched it and after that i hoped on teeken tag 2 and gave me an error
