You need to downgrade with e3 flasher

You have to check if your ps3 can be downgraded back to 3.55 ofw first then you can try downgrading it yourself or getting someone to do it for you. (Make sure they're legit though)

The reason you keep finding surveys is because there is no jailbreak for 4.60. Matter of fact, there's no jailbreak for official firmware above 3.55. The people in those videos are tricking you into clicking their links so they make money off your traffic to them.

You might as well stop looking for a 4.60 jailbreak, because you won't find one.

1. Buy an E3 flasher kit and downgrade the PS3 yourself. (Wouldn't recommend for noobs)

2. or you can look for a trusted service to downgrade the PS3 for you.

You need to buy an E3 flasher, this is extra hardware to connect to the nand/nor chip to downgrade. This is the only way and you need to be on a system that can go to 3.55 or lower
