IM on a UBEE router from time warner cable I don't now how to change ip address IF U GUYS CAN HELP I' APRECIATE IT

You'll need to call your ISP provider and tell them you're getting hosted offline

Either do what Zee said or you can just reset your router, that should change your IP, you can also use a VPN connection on your PS3 to stop the booting

VPN wont stop the booting. Also, you could login to your router gui, and find something that says WAN, there should be a thing that shows your IP and a disconnect button. Click disconnect and then connect a few seconds later. Always gets me a new ip. You may need to be on DD-WRT or Tomato though.

Log into your router if you know username & pass , & change the last two digits of your router MAC or get a VPN for you PS3 at least you have the option to change from ip to ip when needed
