You pretty much could download the game either onto your external hdd if you have one or either the option of FTP the game from the where ever the file maybe on your desktop or labtop to the GAMES folder or GAMEZ which ever one you have & depending on the game sometime you could just play it and go online or some games you have to toggle on BD Mirror & external hdd and about the ban ALMOST EVERYTHING YOU DO IS A HIGH RISK OF BAN CEX OR DEX !

You can go online with any game you have downloaded from any torrent site
If you by any chance you get the game before the release date, I would advise you to wait before you go online with it!
There is always a chance of getting banned! But, there is some stuff you can do to decrease the chances of that happening.
I use PSNPatch after I mount the game from either Multiman or Ps3ita Manager.
PSNPatch basically disables the CFW syscalls and makes it seem that your running a legit OFW PS3.
