Target has been switched so you still need spoof in D-Rex But you can go on PSN without any issue Just follow that tut

Your welcome. If you want to go cex its easy on rebug 4.46 bro. I would suggest that you just install rebug 4.46 Drex and use rebug toolbox to go to cex. This way you can go back and forth and much kess headache
