do you have the right settings in debug settings?

Release Check Mode > Development Mode
Boot Mode > System Software Mode
Network Settings for Debug > Single Setting

Other Question is ur PS3 wired ?

Have you got net frame work 4.5 installed?

Turn off fire wall & anti virus.

Delete target, rescan for targets & add it again

i dont have these settings on my debug section dont know why

go to settings tab then down to network setting then there are the debug settings

yh i found it but when i try to connect the RTM Tool it says unable to connect to target manager ???
