im not experienced but in most case its like fifa 14 there is no hacks for it due offsets changing every now and then , im not sure about tho

Unfortunately it looks like their is no scene/modders on that game, so you have to create the scene. Grab prodg debugger and netcheat. Do some address searching on those to find the money address and modify it.
