Error initialising target communications (164)
Failed to locate Target Manager window (a4)

I have version 310.3.0 Debugger and 4.20 of Target Manager so I have no idea what it is.

I haven't seen this thread or you have been helped sooner .

On topic: I would suggest REMOVING them both. Reinstall the 4.20.x version and after it's installed RESTART COMPUTER so everything can take changes that it needs.
