When I try to RTM with the Death Row tool on ghosts it freezes as soon as I get clients the menu works but not the clients. Also I downloaded a DEX MW3 tool and that freezes my ps3 as well

Hmm I would suggest removing the tool and downloading it again. I might be a problem with overloading in the cache.
I suggest going to the 'Temp' folder ( \AppData\Local\Temp ) and remove ALL programs. Might be to much cache inside their.

No luck
I can't get the tool again because I received it through Skype. It's the Death Row tool of that helps
