I was wondering the same thing yesterday. When I was on Rebug 4.46 D-REX it said LV2 DEX and Target DEX but now I'm on ita and it says LV2 CEX and Target DEX

It is dex. Rebug toolbox hasn't been updated to work 100% with 4.50 cfw's. Its a false reading.

Rebug toolbox will says it has a cex kernel because the rebug team hasn't decided to update it's homebrew app yet(if even at all).
If you are on ITA and you can real time edit, then both of your kernels are in DEX.

No its not on PS3ita, Rebug toolbox is NOT for ITA firmware! Like iJosh said, its a false reading.
