how to check if its cex or dex. when u turn on ur ps3 see wat comes up. Like if u see Rogero then its most likey is cex. If it says Rebug then use rebug toolbox to see if its cex or dex. If u see psita then its most likely is Dex.

To mod games, just research at the gta5 forums or wateva games u want to mod.

1. look in ether Rebug tool box or Maybe Multiman
2.Yes, with a spoof on any 4.x.x firmware
3.CCAPI With the Mod Tool
4.you need CCAPI, Mod Tools and Your IP Address
