Take the USB out of your ps3 and put it back in. Sometimes my USB doesn't go in properly and it won't recognize it.

Make sure You have your usb formated in FAT32 type. If you are still having this issue try to copy the pkg into folder in hdd0 called packages (by FTP) and go to Install packages from Package Folder. (In Case You have Rebug)

FTP the file over to packages folder inside hdd0 then load mm and look for install packages then do it
