But today I tried that I tried a sd tv I tried new cables I switch hdd I also moved ps3 to a different place what is Going on please help

When the PS3 is off, press and hold the power utton untill you hear 3 beeps, it should then reset the video settings. If you have dex cfw on it connect with TM and set the reset mode to system software, if it is in debug mode it will not output video.

You can't go from HD to sd without resetting the video display.

I know I fixed it tho I put a penny on the gpu and vewla
