It will allow you to connect to target manager though wont let you attach (link to your game).
This is both for wireless and wired connect.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue, if so we would like to know you did it or how to fix it.

Or would it be best to go to rebug dex then use a spoof to be able to RTE?

Make sure boot mode is system software mode and release mode has to be developement mode of you won't attach to tools

Yeah I have those options, it used to be able to attach before I used the spoof or updated from 4.41 to 4.50 ITA dex. I have uninstalled the spoof.

I'm not sure why you can't attach. For now you van always use ccapi
