A. So I was on ITA4.50 or 4.55 spoofed to 4.60. And I downloaded a DEX downgrader that took me to 3.55 OFW DEX. Then I installed 4.46.1 DREX REBUG. I opened Multiman DEX and went to File Manager. I went to my USB and selected and installed the CEX-FLASH.EID0.NORBIN to convert my machine to CEX. It said go to the XMB and turn the system off then turn it on..

Q.Whats Wrong?
A.When I turn it on I hear 10 rapid Beeps... Then turns off.
