(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I was on 4.50ITA DEX but then my PS3 wasn't working so i was going to go to 4.55 CFW but when i tried to update my PS3 it said data corrupted (the only thing i could update to was 4.50ITA which i am already on) so a week later i fixed it realizing i needed to use a DEX downgrader so i downloaded DEX 3.55 DOWNGRADER so now im basically on 3.55 DEX so now im trying to go to 4.55 CFW but when i try to update using a 3.55 ofw or 3.55 cfw or 4.55 cfw it says the data corrupted thing again so i need like a 3.55 dex to 3.55 OFW/CFW downgrader.

You can easily do a system restore to backup the PS3 files and take them back to factory settings. This is what I usually do if I get a corruption problem.
