Hate to burst your bubble but there is no 4.60 jailbreak and all those youtube videos are fake. The reason they put those passwords and surveys is to make money because by doing a survey they get a small cut from each person doing it. In order to jailbreak your PS3 you need to have it running on 3.55 firmware or below (3.55 or 3.41 are best since most of the apps are available on those two firmwares however this may not matter since you may do other stuff with your jailbroken PS3). You can either get someone to downgrade your PS3 for you (check your PS3 model number to make sure you can downgrade it) or buy a 3.55 PS3 off ebay.

The day you can see a 3.56 and above is the day Sony will turn servers off.

You'll never find one just so you know. I would advise not looking for one and looking to buy one from eBay.


You can always purchase an E3 flasher and downgrade the console if it's able to be downgraded
