Accounts can't be unbanned. Console can. If you got permanently banned, there's a pretty good chance you deserved it. It'd be stupid to call Sony, as they would have documented proof of you using modified firmware on their servers. On your next account, use PSNpatch with the latest antiban eboots. I can't recommend PSNinja as it has interfered with my system, but try it out.

Dose it say:

"Access to the PlayStation®Network by this account has been banned or temporarily suspended" = Account ban, just make a new account

Or:

"Access to Sony Entertainment Network from this system has been banned or temporarily suspended" = System ban, you need a new console id (cid) the get back online

No that account it now forever banned. HOpe if wasn't your main account with games and stuff on it. That would suck. But that's why you never use a main account on cfw incase a ban happens
