load multiman, hover over ghosts and hit square, then check on the left internal and bd mirror(if the game is backed up on your internal hdd, if its external, choose that and bd mirror) then make sure you have a debug eboot in, if u dont you are going to black screen. after u got ur debug eboot in and the bd mirror/internal checked hit start and it will boot u back to dashboard(make sure u got a disc in ur drive) then start it and it will be fine....Dont worry if it says game quit, no request event at the top, its suppose to

When I installed multiman it says

'multiMAN cannot enable BD-ROM emulator. Functionality may be restricted! Error: Unsupported fimware'

This cause its a CEX based pkg?

your best bet...go to 4.50 ita and spoof to 4.60
