but the problem is that by the looks of it, the folder has BLES, which is for EU and I'm in the US. Will it work if I install it, because I'm in the US or do I need a fix or something?

It will work, you will just have the BLES region of Black Ops 2.

what does that mean though? Whats the difference?

The guy in the video has no idea what he doing!!!!
First of all BO2 does work on an external HDD. You just need to go into the GAME SETTING of BO2 by pressing square and enabling EXTERNAL. It does not matter which region you get.

Also, you don't need to replace any files like he did in video. Just transfer the game and play it that is it =0)
