So far I have only modded mw3 and black ops zombies and the only thing i used to mod was eboots.
Now here is where the questions come..
Can you have a mod menu in PUBLIC ( NOT PRIVATE ) matches while playing mw3?
I have heard that the only mod menu you can use in public matches are v3's?
The only way you can get a v3 is by buying it?
What are tu8's? v2?
I have also heard that you cant even have mod menu's in public games on mw3, only eboots and recoveries?
I have tried to install a couple of mod menus but they only worked in private match.
I Would really appreciate your help!
(And also I already know how to rtm)

Look in the MW3 Modding Tools section, you will find RTM mode menu's. For it to work you always have to be host.
v2/v3 can mean a few things, but in some cases it's short for 'version' IE; My Tool v2 = My Tool (Version 2).
TU8 = Xbox term for Title Update 8.
