(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys, I downloaded a PS3UPDAT.PUP to jailbreak my PS3 and I 'accidentally' made it open with Notepad. I do not know how to get the regular .PUP file back. So, if anyone can help me ASAP, that would be greatly appreciated.
Also, I have WinRar issues, when I download a Jailbreak file and it's a .rar, when I go to open it, it always says it's corrupt or end of archive, it does that with every .rar. Thanks for the help!

I'm not sure if you can jailbreak your PS3 on 4.60 cfw you need to downgrade to 4.5.x or 3.55

what exactly are you doing?.. are you on 3.55? if not, then you cant jailbreak your console with a PUP file. if you are on 3.55.. then well, i could give you a PUP file if you needed it np....

You cannot jailbreak your PS3 with just PUP file you have to get downgraded by e3 flasher.

yeah all those youtube vids are lies only way to jailbreak is if your ps3 is on 3.55

You downloaded a kiosk firmware not a cfw. Don't install it if you want to have issues of getting off it

You can only jailbreak your ps3 on 3.55 ofw/cfw or any CFW ofw-official firmware cfw-custom firmware

You can jailbreak with a PUP file if you are on 3.55 or lower. Your saying you cant jailbreak at all with a PUP.

you guys are assuming hes not on 3.55 when Idk if he is.
