I have already checked the wires, I also tried recovery mode because people said that resets the video setting's but nothing worked. The PS3 won't turn off from the power button I have to unplug it, after 1-3mins the PS3's fan get's loud so I turn it off cause I think it might damage it. Can anybody help me with this problem.

When you went into recovery mode were you able to see anything?

I couldn't power off from the power button so I couldn't go into recovery, I have to unplug it.
