First make sure to install and enable QA Flag, there's alot of tuts out there just search for it, then install the last rebug CFW(4.46.1) normally from the XMB no need to install it from recovery mode, then you good to go, good luck.

P.S.: Never try to install any CFW from recovery mode unless you know what you're doing.
