I haven't.. You must have received a Console ID Ban from modding like crazy on games like Black Ops 2 or Ghosts.

Ive used 2 private ids both been banned within a space of a week they are private and from ylod fixed ps3s. How are they getting banned i dnt use multiman i use webman and i use psn stuff to download my games and reactpsn and ply the games like that what am i doing rong
