No I dont think so. But its highly recommended to run mod menus on DEX because of the simple facts that RTM Mod Menus for CCAPI lags alot compared to TMAPI. Its basically to the point where the mod menu is unplayable. I know of a mod menu for BO2 1.18 thats free but its for DEX only.

There should be multiple free menu's out there, but I doubt they would be for Control Console, they are mainly for Target Manager.

Mod menus works better for DEX unless they are using SPRX then they work good for CEX and DEX
