You need PS3ITA Loader.
On the root of your USB make a folder called ps3ita
Inside that, make a folder called dev_flash
Inside of dev_flash put the coldboot.raf (You may also have a coldboot_multi.ac3 and coldboot_stereo.ac3) you want to replace the original ones with.
Load PS3ITA Loader with the USB in the right side slot. That should be it
