It gave me a EDAT from psn_avatar and a .rif file in the exdata

Iv looked at multiple tutorials and non seems to work when i try to decrept the edat it asks me for a klicense

could someone help please

I dont want to use psnstuff I want to get my downloads e.g. avatars psn stuff has only 10 avatars and their shit
