On multiman, go to settings and find BD-Rom emulator. Enable it and restart, see what happens

I do that but dnt work i deleted multiman and installed direct 4.60 now it work but the game dont show on xmb lol it is invisible if i click on app/home/starts then the game opened
1 Question im on rebug 4.46 dex can i use ccapi 2.50 to rtm my games ?

Yes you can. You can also use TMAPI if you have a debug eboot
