I got a big problem and I don't know if I can fix it..

The problem is when I try to turn on the ps3 it beeps 10 time then shut off.
I think I got this problem because I flashed my ps3 to cex/retail. I did it 2-3 time before with out problem, but this I did not close Multiman and turn off the ps3 I basically click the option Close Multiman and Restart PS3.
I though the problem was in the HDD I did change the HDD, but with out sucess..

So if anybody could help me please do it.
ps:I dont have E3 Flasher or any kind of downgrader.
