Yesterday i was modding bo2 with revolution.

I played 30mins and my ps3 frozze. i looked at my ps3 and the green led was blinking yellow and green i was like WTF!!!!!!!!!!!

I turned my ps3 off with the power button.

But my ps3 still works. i can play with it and everthing works fine.

I dont know why i had the yellow light on my ps3.

i did not uses irismanager. only psnpatch and psninja.

Can someone tell me why i had the yellow light on my ps3?

It might have overheated whilst you were playing, then froze. I'm not 100% sure. You could try turning up your fan in a fan controller.

That doesn't sound like the YLOD to me because when my ps3 had it it would go straight from red to yellow and then turn off. If he actually had the YLOD his ps3 would have just shut off instead of freezing. So it was likely a malfunction with his system. He may have thought that it didn't overheat but that was likely the cause because a ps3 that is cool will not freeze. That may be a sign that he needs to apply some new thermal compound to his heat sensors before it completely goes bad. Or that's the way that I would have taken it at least.
