'The NOR/NAND Flash Dump' = your CEX norbin flash dump that you got from Rebug Toolbox.. Just rename the . end extension from .NORBIN to .bin if cant see/select it.
And the 'METLDR Dump' = Your eid_root_key.. Rename the file to just "dump" & then you can select & open it in the app.
After click the 'CEX -> DEX' button

- Install Rebug REX 4.46.1 if you haven't already
- Rename your converted DEX dump to DEX-FLASH.EID0.NORBIN
- Copy it to a USB flash drive/stick & Place USB in the right port of your PS3.
- Open Rebug Toolbox and select "Rewrite Target ID in Flash"(A couple of warning boxes pop up, click YES to both.)
- Now Swap LV2 kernal, reboot and your PS3 is in DEX Mode.
