COMPLETELY SOLVED! HAVE SPENT DAYS TRYING TO DO THIS AND NOTHING WOULD WORK, TRIED SOMETHING AND IT WORKED!

What I did:
I went into control panel on my PC, and went to internet options. I reset all security settings, and I reset my ipv4 and ipv6 settings so I no longer used a static IP! I then went to my PS3 and did the same basically, I used Easy settings in my internet connections settings and automatic IP.

Are the games PSN/installed via pkg or disk?

Have tried both. Ghosts/GTA5 installed, all other games are discs.

I have been using CCAPI as I noticed this problem and tried fixing it, so had no luck. Said fuck it and went to use CCAPI. Now I want to use some mod menus, and all the good ones I want to use are tmapi only :\

Solved this problem after days of work. Turned out to be a retarded problem! Will update main post with what i did!
