I was looking for buying a second PS3 en moddified it with the E3 Flasher,

-Is it worth for buying a second ps3?
-Could i get banned with that ps3?
-What are the possibilities with the latest CFW?
-what are the risks? Is it difficult to downgrade? (maybe can someone post a good tutorial?)

• In my opinion, I think there's no need for a 2nd PS3 if your current PS3 is downgradeable, but it's a personal choice. But a CFW is worth it in my opinion.
  
• There's always a risk you can get banned, but if you're careful, chances are pretty low. I'm still using my original Console ID, and I've been modding for over a year on this PS3. And even if it happens, you can always unban yourself.
  
• Installing homebrew, FTP, Realtime editing, ... and lots more.
  
• There's a risk when downgrading. If you do not feel comfortable doing it, I suggest you send it to a service instead of doing it yourself. Rather pay a bit, than having a bricked PS3.
