Because i can connect and attach with k&ktool to ps3 and if i search for the rank i found but cant change and if i search for the money i didnt find something. Can someone help me please?

ok i thinked it work also only with psn access

Yes u have banned only on gta u can play other games online , gta banned for 2-4 weeks after that they will unbanned u then u can play online again, u need other cid not been banned in gta to get online until they unbanned u .
