to connect to DEX you need to install Prodg target manager, on your computer.

you need target manager [ google it ] and you also need a debug eboot or self file to attach to

Debug eboot doesnt work for games downloaded that folders are NPEB01204.

Just stick to CCAPI, makes life easier

Some NP games are decryptable, some aren't. But as the guy above you said, if you plan on doing NP games, stay on CEX or grab a BLES/BLUS version of your NP game.
