Also a nice list of PKG's i need to install etc

im kinda stuck here, ive installed REBUG_4.46.1_REX_PS3UPDAT.PUP and then spoofed to 4.60 however it seems that i can use PSID Patcher to change my Console ID, however i feel i am going to downgrade
