(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Alright, so yea title says everything but...for details I just bought a new laptop and it seems the rtm tools do not connect but Target Manager connects just fine..I reset the ps3 in System software mode, all the debug settings are correct...its just the RTM tools, they connected fine on my other Laptop, which was a netbook with Windows 7 starter, but for some reason this laptop doesn't want to connect any reason why? it's windows 8!! Thank You
