I'm currently getting this error.

Steps i've tried:

- Restarting the program
- Deleting and redownloading
- Checked if im still a elite member
- Restarted computer

The tool was working fine this morning then all of a sudden this afternoon it will not open. :?

Make sure you enter your elite key correctly. It's case sensitive. You should also try to see if any other programs work, or if it's just that one. If all else fails, NGU might be having issues or are doing maintenance to the API
