DLC goes through, but you'll have to re-activate the system. You also have to sync your trophies first because they'll all be removed in the data transfer. Most modded files will work like patch_mp.ff for CoD games and the old update.rpf for GTAIV. Modded EBOOT.BIN's don't work on ofw because of how they're signed. Modded comments follow through though. So only DLC, some modded files, and the modded comment will be transferred. If you do data transfer a modded eboot, you'll get an error at the start of the game and you'll have to re-update using the game data utility

I used to love how you could data transfer the VCA update.rpf for GTAV, but since the hotfix you need an EBOOT and anti-freeze :/ There's some RPF's that don't require an anti-freeze that you could data transfer, but i don't recommend it because it may risk your OFW's console ID.

DLC wont work, trophies don't transfer, but think the modded comment will transfer.

If its from react PSN or raps then DLC won't work. I used to use my Private ID and activate on both PS3s. DLC is possible. Some like The LAst of Us DLC just has to be on your ps3 to work
