Yup, tried everything.

Go into Multiman and go to the file manager and locate Madden 15 and the USRDIR folder click on EBOOT.BIN, it should said that this game requires 4.55 FW Do you want to change it to your 4.xx CFW? Click Yes. Also have BD Mirror and Internal selected.

EDIT Also make sure you have release mode on in Debug Settings. I had to do this to play Destiny.

Try starting game on cex

This didn't fix my problem i still get black screen when loading up Madden 15 maybe i need the update 1.01 pkg but i can't find it nowhere on google.
