I have an unjailbreakable slim device but i could buy a dex/cex ps3

I want to be able to give unlock alls, give/use modmenus host fun/xp lobbies and so on

buy a DEX ps3 if you can buy one.. that's all you need and if you look on here there are plenty of Tools to use..

i searched a little around and most of the tools require a connection between ps3 and pc. do i have to connect them via LAN?
if i do it with my OFW device nothing happens

You can connect some of them via wireless , btw what are you trying to do with your ofw ps3?
If you are trying to use RTM tools in a ofw ps3 nothing will happen xd
