I would assume so either way you would end up having to pay for postage so it's pretty much the same where ever you order from.

Germany or France would be your best bets I would assume but all the websites I listed are the official distributors of the E3 Flasher so you should not have any problems getting one.

Just double check the sites first to make sure they still have some and are in stock
