Never heard of it happening on OFW ps3's. Maybe a bad disk, or corrupt game data?

I tried to reboot the ps3, but now it says something like that, "Unable to sync trophies" something like that.

Rebuild database from recovery menu, or delete the update/ re-download it.

In multiman press triangle on the game and go to game settings and enable internal/external depending on the location of your game and bd mirror if you haven't already

i don't have multiman, Before the update i did played.
